At Halopy, your happiness is our priority. We understand that sometimes things don’t work out, so we’re here to make returns and refunds as seamless as possible. Here’s everything you need to know to return or exchange your item with confidence.
30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day window for returns, starting from the day your order is delivered. If you decide a product isn’t quite right, you have 30 days to request a return.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be in their original condition—unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.
- Please retain your receipt or proof of purchase for a smooth process.
Starting a Return
To initiate a return, simply reach out to us at help@halopy.com. Once approved, we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label and instructions for sending your item back to us at:

Note: For your convenience, please wait until your return is approved before sending items back. Packages sent without prior approval cannot be processed.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We take pride in the quality of our products, but if you receive an item that’s damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us as soon as possible. We’ll promptly assess the issue and work to make it right.
Items Ineligible for Return
Certain items are non-returnable:
- Perishable goods like food or flowers
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
- Hazardous materials such as flammable liquids or gases
Unfortunately, we also can’t accept returns for sale items or gift cards. For specific concerns about your item, please don’t hesitate to ask.
Easy Exchanges
If you’d like to make an exchange, the best approach is to return the item for a full refund (after approval) and then place a new order for the item you prefer. This ensures you receive your new item as soon as possible!
Special Policy for the EU: 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period, during which you can return your item for any reason—no explanation needed. Just make sure the item is in its original, unused condition with tags and packaging intact. Keep your receipt or proof of purchase handy to streamline the process.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, we’ll process the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow a few additional days for your bank or credit card company to complete the transaction.
